- Presolicitation To: All Potential Offerors Subject: Presolicittion Notice for N00033-14-R-5220 The purpose of this notice is to inform all potential offeros that Military Sealift Command, Sealift Program PM52 will be releasing an RFP on or about 1 March 2014. To acquire services under contract to support Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division facilities at San Nicolas Island, Santa Cruz Island, and Ventura County Naval Base. MSC will be requesting proposals for a vessel to carry cargo between Ventura County Naval Base facilities and San Nicolas Island, Santa Cruz off the coast of California. The period of performance for the contract will be one-year firm with three one-year options and an eleven month option.
