- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Compusearch Software Systems for Prism 7.2 software training sessions. Posted Date: February 12, 2014 Procurement Office: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Headquarters Procurement Operations Division, (3808R) 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W., Washington, DC 20460 Response Date: February 22, 2014 by 5:00 PM EST THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), Headquarters Procurement Operations Division (HPOD) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Compusearch Software Systems in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This sole source procurement is for services of Prism 7.2 software training. The US EPA requires training of new Prism 7.2 software for users within the US EPA, including Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, and ITSC EAS Application Team Members. Compusearch is the sole source provider of Prism 7.2 software and training. NO SOLICITATIONS OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein (or equivalent/adequate substitution) may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
