- This Presolicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOl), U.S. Geological Survey's (USGS) intent to issue a solicitation for the acquisition of Baked Bottles and Vials with a Base Period of one (1) year and Four one (1) Year Optional Periods. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) on or about 01/29/2014, with proposals being due approximately 7 days thereafter. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside under FAR 12 and FAR 13.5. Interested parties are expected to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from the website and to monitor the status of the solicitation. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. The applicable NAICS code is 327213, with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a "Pre-Solicitation Notice" synopsizing the solicitation information. Solicitation documents cannot be uploaded at this time.
