- Combined Synopsis - Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is in need of pontoons for the Dredge Goetz floating pipeline. Under this contract the vendor shall deliver a minimum of three (3) pontoons with the potential for an additional six (6). Only new pontoons will be considered.
