- IQC1000018017/RA13318052, solicitation number SPE4A7-14-R-1553. This is an LTC for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four one-year option periods, NSN: 1560-01-047-2455, EAD quantity is 54 each, Retainer, Flaperon, Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE 81755) IAW P/N 16W581-18. The only approved source is Aerospace and Commercial Technologies (CAGE 1XKR3) P/N 16W581-18, Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Origin, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Government First Article Testing applies. Configuration Control, Critical Application Item, and Export Control are required. Final Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. This requirement is for Other than Full or Open Competition (10 U.S.C.2304 (c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1), Unrestricted, Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
