- Purchase Request: 0052316039, NSN: 2915-01-616-4887, Spectrum Associates, Inc, CAGE 55723 P/N 14635-17 and Bell Helicopter, CAGE 3B1R2, P/N 901-366-035-117. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are Bell Helicopter Textron, CAGE 3B1R2 and Spectrum Associates., CAGE 55723. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 80 each, Cherry Point, NC (40- PRLI 0001 and 40-PRLI 0002). FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 197 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This procurement is a 50% partial set-aside. A total quantity of 40 each (PRLI 0002) is set-aside for small business. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). RFP's are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is February 27, 2014. The anticipated closing date is March 28, 2014.
