- William Kent Campground and Day Use BMP Retrofit This project is on the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, the work involves renovation of a portion of William Kent Campground and Day Use Area. The work will include removal of exisitng asphalt roadway and campsites, then reconfiguring and relocating the campsite to other areas within the campground. Also included is the replacement of several culverts and with one new culvert and construction of infiltration basins throughout the site. In the day use area, existing storm drain pipes will be excavated and a rock lined channel will be created. This work will also include construction of an accessible aggregate path from day use area to the beach. The project is located at William Kent Campground and Day-Use Area approximately two miles south of Tahoe City on Hwy 89 West Lake Blvd, Section 24 Township 15N, Range 16E. GPS Lat/Lon coordinates are 39.1396 N, 112.1543 W. The solicitation package will be posted on this FBO site on or about 3 March 2014. All offerors are required to be registered and active in SAM.gov and their profile must reflect the NAICS code of 237310.
