- RFI for ATD/RAIN This Request for Information, (RFI) is for the Department of Homeland Security/Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DHS/DNDO)for technical approach to an upcoming advanced technology demonstration (ATD). This ATD is to demonstrate a new capability for high-confidence, high-precision detection, identification and localization of vehicle-borne radiological or nuclear threats in free-flowing traffic.
