- ATTACHMENT TO SF 30, AMENDMENT 0001 to Solicitation CSOSA-14-R-0011 SF 30, Amendment 0001 to Solicitation RFP CSOSA-14-R-0011, SEX OFFENDER TREATMENT SERVICES The Office of Procurement, Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Washington, DC, is procuring Sex Offender Treatment Services for Community Supervision Services, CSOSA, Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and necessary licenses/certifications to provide outpatient sex offender treatment services for a base year of 1 April 2014 through 31 March 2015 and four (4) option periods, if excercised by the Government. This acquisition is Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621330, with a small business size standard of $7.0M. The Request for Proposal (RFP) CSOSA-14-R-0011 will be available on or about 27 January 2014.
