- This Amendment to the Pre-Soliciation Notice is to correct the Response Date for interest in the solicitation from February 19, 2014 to February 26, 2014. This acquisition is for a Department of the Interior Wide indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that will be issued and administered by the Bureau of Reclamation for AutoDesk software, software licenses, and annual software maintenance as outlined in the attached Products List for all 50 of the United States, Washington, D.C., and all US territories. Therefore, the successful offer must be authorized by AutoDesk to sell to the Federal Government and to utilize AutoDesk's Value Added Vendor Network and must be able to provide all of the products on the products list including 1, 2, and 3 year subscriptions. It is anticipated that this will be a single source award to DLT Solutions since they are authorized by AutoDesk to sell its products to the Federal Government and to utilize its Value Added Vendor Network. The anticipated acquisition dates for soliciation R14PD00119 are listed below. However, these dates are subject to change. Solicitation issuance date: February 28, 2014 Proposal due date: March 19, 2014 Award date: April 04, 2014 The initial one year task order will be issued shortly thereafter and is anticipated to be between $80,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The award will be for a one year base period and four one year option periods as follows: Base Period: April 14, 2014 through April 13, 2015 Option 1: April 14, 2015 through April 13, 2016 Option 2: April 14, 2016 through April 13, 2017 Option 3: April 14, 2017 through April 13, 2018 Option 4: April 14, 2018 through April 13, 2019 It is estimated that the total ceiling of this IDIQ contract, if all options are exercised will be between $5,000,000.00 and $6,000,000.00. Contractors possessing the capabilities of this requirement and interested in submitting a proposal for this acquisition shall notifiy the Contract Specialist as soon as possible, but no later than close of business, Wednesday, February 26, 2014 via email to sarchuleta@usbr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation.
