- This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide software/firmware upgrades and telephone support. Must be compatible with Proventia GX5108 IPS appliance and SiteProtector management software. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 6 February 2014. Response due date will be 19 February 2014. Period of performance is 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014 with 1 prepriced Option period. NAICS 511210, Software Publishers Telephone requests will not be honored. Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: ACA Fort Shafter, then Continue button).
