- ***NOTE*** See Additional Documentation tab below for more details and submittal information. Construction of a new one-story facility collocated in the XVIII Airborne Headquarters compound directly adjacent to the existing facility which is required in order to perform the expanded mission command functions in accordance with the C2F Standard Definitive Design criteria. The applicable standard definitive design functional requirements will be incorporated into the facility. This new facility will have a 60 person Operations center, observation area, Senior Leader Planning Room, Mission Planning Room, Audio/ Visual (A/V) control room, Printer/Copier Station, Lobby/Access control Area, Break Room, General Storage room, Men's and Women's Restrooms, Janitor closet, Recycled Materials Closet, UPS Room, Mechanical and Electrical rooms, SIPR Room and telecommunication room. Site development will include installation and relocation of water, sewer, gas, and electric utilities and communication lines; fire protection; paving, curbs and gutters; and antiterrorism measures. Site demolition will include removal of pavements and sidewalks; utility lines; and electrical /communications lines. The magnitude of construction is between $5M and $10M.
