The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The solicitation number is FA8601-14-T-0079. The NAICS Code is 333514. The size standard is 500 employees. The contract requires the contractor to provide the TE Connectivity Crimp and Die Tooling listed below: P/N 69051 Qty: 3 P/N 69066 Qty: 3 P/N 47824 Qty: 3 P/N 47820 Qty: 3 P/N 47822 Qty: 3 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any proposal received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice may be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
