- UPDATE - 2/10/2014 - Q&A Document and Updated Questionnaire Document Uploaded. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY (Please review attached documents) US Army Corps of Engineers Engineering and Support Center Huntsville 1. Introduction. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, is issuing a Request for Information for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Project Management Information System (P2) 2. Background. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers developed P2v3 and is currently responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of P2. Other Functional PMBP groups provide requirements that are used by the SP to modify and/or extend the existing P2 system hardware/software suite. The other PMBP groups also provide the functional testing, users guide modifications, and training for new software updates. 3. Scope: The scope of this O&M Plan for P2 is only for the operation and maintenance of the existing application, P2 EDW reporting, and corporate reporting. The service provider is responsible for the operation and support required to maintain the existing functionality of P2 and all system interfaces necessary for proper operation. P2 includes the customized software to initiate and maintain projects, the COTS package, Primavera, that is supported by Oracle and all customized software required to interface P2 with other United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Automated Information Systems (AIS). Software maintenance of P2 includes and modification to the software or components after delivery to correct faults, improve performance, or adapt to a changed environment. 4. General Requirements: All requirements can be found attached in the Performance Work Statement and RFI Questionnaire for the subject requirement. You are asked to respond to the attached, RFI Questionnaire. Your response must be submitted electronically to steven.c.bonds@usace.army.mil and Lillian.T.Fox@usace.army.mil by February 14, 2014, 3:00pm central time.
