Description

SPECIAL NOTICE Intent to Sole Source Network Contracting Office 8 intends to negotiate a direct award with Mr. Charles McGeough, small business, Dallas, TX operating as an experienced Evidence-based Supported Employment (EBSE) Fidelity Reviewer to conduct bi-annual fidelity ratings for the Predictive Outcome Model Over Time for Employment (PrOMOTE) study and for the continued services of functioning in the capacity to ensure the study has continuous and consistent Fidelity Monitoring for a total of 7 different sites to include the James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital, Research Department, Tamp FL, 33612 NAICS 541611 - Size Standard $12M. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms that believe they can provide the required equipment are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer no later than 10:00 am EST, January 31, 2014. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any unit providing service must provide the minimum specifications as outlined in the Statement of Work. Inquiries will only be accepted via e-mail to Maria.Ortiz-Velez@va.gov.
