- Solicitation number is SPE4A6-14-R-1354, SC1000017020, National Stock Number, 4010-01-609-3156, Wire Rope Assembly, Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable. NSN is not commercial and is not a Critical Safety Item. This is not a Configuration Control item. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 63 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and four (4) option years is 41. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and minimum delivery order for each option year is 10 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 20 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection /Acceptance is Destination for stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). PPIRS System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is January 09, 2014 with a closing date of February 10, 2014. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9033, Reverse Auction.
