- NSN's 5995-01-415-1762 and 5995-01-454-1643, SPE4A614R1285, IQC is for one base year and four option years covering Cable Assembly, Proprietary to: Delphi Connections (CAGE 53669) P/N's 5128629 and 5128639-1. RFP is unrestricted. FOB is Origin. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. 5995-01-415-1762 Delivery is 261 DARO and 5995-01-454-1643 Delivery is 270 DARO. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. 5995-01-415-1762, Estimated annual demand quantity is 51. The GM for the Base year is 13 each. The Maximum Contract Qty is 385. 5995-01-454-1643, Estimated annual demand quantity is 32. The GM for the Base year is 8 each. The Maximum Contract Qty is 240. "Surplus dealers, small business dealers and distributors (having existing stock of surplus or newly manufactured material) are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. The government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12/26/13.
