- DEPARTMENT OF STATE, AMERICAN EMBASSY KINSHASA, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for providing of cellular phone services for the U.S. Mission in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. The estimated annual usage is approximately 800,000 minutes of local and international calls in addition to data services. The anticipated performance is for one basic period of twelve months and two one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. Note: the response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFQ for the actual date.
