- Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) Florida, intends to solicit for the publication of a Civilian Enterprise (CE), Newspaper for Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA. FLCJ intends to award a contract for one year base and four one year options periods. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511110 with the size standard of 500 employees. Resultant award will be a no cost type contract. This solicitation will be available to interested parties on or about 16 December 2013, and will close 30 days thereafter. The RFP will be made available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) web site.
