- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting market research on behalf of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center Richmond, VA, through this sources sought notice, seeking sources to provide an EndoWrist Stapler System for a DaVinci Robotic Surgical Systems. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Interested parties submitting a response to this inquiry must include the following information: name and address of company; business size (large or small); identify applicable socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement All responses shall be submitted in writing no later than December 12, 2013, 1:00 PM, EST to the attention of: Chinedu C.
