- NSN: 1680-01-394-7805 This synopsis is for a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Belt, Aircraft Safety. The IQC will include one base period and four option periods. Estimated Annual Demand is 114 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 29 EA for the base year only. Item Description: - Must be manufactured by approved source, Pacific Scientific Company CAGE 45402 P/N 0101716-07 - Life Support Equipment - Inspection/Acceptance: Origin - Critical Application - F.O.B. Origin - Higher Level Quality System Required A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System athttps://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Choose the Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Choose the search option, enter the search value, and click the submit button. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to the requestors on a case by case basis if access to DIBBS is not available. The solicitation will be available on or around December 10, 2013 to January 9, 2013. Electronic DIBBS offers will not be accepted. The solicitation will be Unrestricted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This solicitation may be issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). The evaluation factors contributing to the final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors.
