This is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a proprietary item to PARKER HANNIFIN CAGE 33269, coded 3D. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source, PARKER HANNIFIN CAGE 33269, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package for evaluation for future procurements. DELIVERY: 315 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 80 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin. FOB Origin. A letter solicitation will be issued on 10 DECEMBER 2013 closing on 10 JANUARY 2013. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM internet bid board system (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
