- The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends on issuing a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order for the acquisition requiring engineering services in support of the integration of the Video Editor Product Suite (VEPS) into Windows 7 Operating System (OS) to support the Kiowa Warrior Aircraft. This acquisition is restricted to Cyberlink.COM Corporation 4800 Great America Parkway Ste. 515, Santa Clara, CA 95054. The proposed effort is to support the Kiowa Warrior Aircraft. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 8.405-6. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
