- This notice is a synopsis for the procurement (Request for Proposals) of FLETC's Enterprise Multifunction Device (MFD) Operating Lease and Maintenance Support Services for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) at all four FLETC locations: Glynco GA, Artesia NM, Charleston SC, and Cheltenham MD. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION. The Contractor shall provide FLETC with the ability to lease black & white (b/w) and color multifunction devices to include the following services: •Equipment and accessories as required by the Statement of Work (SOW); •Installation services and training; •Full service maintenance support services including repair parts; •Meter Reads; •Consumables (excluding paper); •Relocation and Disposal of Equipment; The total contract is for a five year MFD Operating Lease with an extended three year Maintenance Support Service on the previously leased MFDs. Offerors are permitted to submit alternate proposals for the eight year leases. Capable firms are encouraged to download a copy of the solicitation and supporting documents from the FedBizOps at https://www.fbo.gov; hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. You must register at the FedBizOps web site in order to receive notification of the solicitation and respective changes; interested firms are responsible for monitoring this website frequently for any updates, amendments, or modifications to any and all documents. The North American Industry Classification System is 532420 with a Size Standard of $25.0M. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (https://www.sam.gov/portal/ public/SAM/) in order to be eligible for award. Issuance of solicitation RFP HSFLGL-14-R-00035 is tentatively scheduled for December 23, 2013. Questions and Answers will not be entertained until issuance of the solicitation, further guidance will be provided.
