- RFQ - Marine (Boat) Pump-Out Station This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quotations has been made available through electronic commerce to comply with the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416). NPS routinely posts Requests for Quotations with expected value between $15,000 and $25,000 at the federal government point of entry. Although this action has an expected value below the $15,000 threshold, it is posted to maximize opportunities for competition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-71. This purchase is reserved for small businesses, NAICS 333911, Pump and Pumping Equipment Manufacturing contractors, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. We reserve the right to cancel this Request for Quotations. Request for Quote (RFQ) - Marine (Boat) Pump-Out Station The National Park Service (NPS), North Cascades National Park (NOCA) has a requirement and is requesting quotes for a Marine / Boat Pump-Out Station for the park's Stehekin complex. If interested please review the information below and attached and provide a quote as indicated. The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed Price, Simplified Acquisition, Best Value Award to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Contractor/Vendor shall provide quotation submittals to the Contracting Officer (CO) as outlined in this solicitation. North Cascades National Park is currently seeking to purchase a Marine/Boat Pump-out Station as specified in the attached RFQ documents. Please view the information in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation/RFQ for Equipment Specifications and quotation submittal details, and if interested provide a quote for a Boat Pump-Out Station.
