The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract and is being solicited as an Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) buy. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about 26 December 2013. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one or limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302.
