- Presolicitation Conference schedule. To be held on 17 Dec 13. Presolicitation Conference map. To be held on 17 Dec 13. This is an update to FBO sources sought FA8101-10-4-2012(2). All future updates will be posted to this page only as of 29 Oct 13. Synopsis, solicitation number FA8101-14-R-0002, posted 29 Oct 13. Draft PWS, posted 2 Dec 13. Draft RFP will be posted by 5 Dec 13. Presolicitation Conference: A one-time presolicitation conference and site visit will be conducted on 17 December 2013 at Tinker AFB, OK, beginning at approximately 7:30 AM CST. Each company is limited to three attendees, and must register no later than 1500 Central Standard Time (CST) on 6 December 2013. All requests should be sent via e-mail to zachary.eaton.3@us.af.mil. Failure to submit all required information by 6 December 2013, 3:00 p.m. CST will preclude an individual's eligibility to participate in the presolicitation conference and site visit. Each presolicitation conference registration must include the following information: full name (first, middle, last), driver's license number and state of issuance, date of birth, full nine digit Social Security Number, name of firm representing, position/title, and email address/contact information. All visitors to Tinker AFB are subject to background checks by the 72d Security Forces Squadron. The Government may request additional information about proposed attendees prior to the presolicitation conference. All costs for travel, meals and accommodations will be at the attendee's expense. Additional information such as the exact meeting location and time of the conference will be provided to the registered attendees at a later date.
