- Sole Source Justification The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a purchase order to Thomson Reuters, 3 Times Square 18th Floor New York, NY 10011. The order is for one (1) year of services for a 12 month subscription to Reuters World Service supporting 50 Intelligence Analysts at USCENTCOM. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. Proposal submissions are due NLT 12:00pm CST 13 December 2013.
