- Description
- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-01-568-9378) for a BEARING V-GROOVED ASSEMBLY. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. Approved Sources: AM GENERAL, LLC DBA 34623 P/N 6035154 and CARTER MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC. 50372 P/N X-139-A. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Urestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery for is 136 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 860 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 215 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 215 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 430 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 10 DEC 13 (anticipated closing date of 16 DEC 13), anticipated award date is DECEMBER 30, 2013.
