- Wage Determination Update: This solicitation will be extended to 12 Dec 2013 at 1400 MST. The reason for this extension is to include a clause that was not in the original solicitation and to include the wage determination. 52.222-41 - Service Contract Act of 1965 ___________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following items: CLIN 0001 - Provide group exercise instruction at Hill AFB, UT CLIN 1001 - Option Year 1 CLIN 2001 - Option Year 2 CLIN 3001 - Option Year 3 CLIN 4001 - Option Year 4 The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Description of Service: The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, music selections, fitness routines and transportation to conduct an aerobics program at Warrior Fitness Center, Hill Air Force Base (Utah). This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and therefore quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) http://www.bpn.gov/.
