- Financial Management Webinar for Federal Employees The USDA Forest Service Southern Research Station is seeking a Contractor to provide a Financial Management course for Federal Employees via a webinar. We are seeking a contractor that has the following capabilities to have a 4 hour Webinar each day for 3 days in January 2014. The webinar needs to have the ability to accommodate 200 to 400 call-in lines.
