- UFO Janitorial Services Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, has a requirement for Janitorial Services for the Uncompahgre Field Office (UFO). The work covered under this specification consists of performing custodial services at the Bureau of Land Management buildings located at 2535 South Townsend Ave. (Interagency Fire Center), 2505 South Townsend Ave. (South Building), 2465 South Townsend Ave. (North Building), and two warehouses referred to as the East Warehouse and the West Warehouse located on the BLM complex in Montrose, Colorado. Daily work must be performed between the hours of 1700 hours (5:00 p.m.) and 0600 hours (6:00 a.m.), Monday through Friday, and Saturdays between the hours of 0600 hours and 1800 hours (6:00 p.m.) excluding legal Federal holidays. The Fire Center building will be the last to be cleaned. Weekly, monthly, and semi-annual work may be performed on weekends. The solicitation shall be set aside for total small business. NAICS code is 561720, (Janitorial Services); size standard is $16.5 million. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued December 4, 2013, and that work will begin January 2014.
