- Description
- RFP. SOL-521-14-000009 The United States Government represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Haiti, requests proposal in support of VERIFICATION DES RESULTATS POUR LA SANTE (VRS) Central and South contract as fully described in section C of the attached solicitation. This is a limited competition, limited to local entities/local qualified Haitian firms and organizations (defined in ADS 302.3.4.1 and section H. 13 of this contract) as the Prime Contractor. As set forth in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation shall be used for this procurement. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base period of one (1) base-year and two - one year options. The magnitude of funding for the base year and two – one year options (three total years) is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000.
