- The Aberdeen Area IHS is planning a sole-source award with Morris Systems Incoroporated to continue to provide software, license, support and access the Inventory Management System Morris System (M-System) that is mandated from by the Area Office and this is the only system allowable so the whole are will be compatiable. The system has sole ownership and proprietary rights therefore we are not able us any other vendor.
