- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-14-R-1262, 4920-01-583-5563, Fuel Tank Ventilation Kit, Quick unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. This is an item with an AMC/AMSC of "3D" and is a not a Critical Safety item. NSN is a Critical Item Application. Approved source of supply is Rhine Air, CAGE 58501 P/N MAV-17. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four option years. This is a Firm Fixed Price. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 4 each. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 13 each for the base year and each option year. Maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 7 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 4 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 22 each for the base year and all option years. The total maximum contract quantity is 110 each. The requested delivery is 217 days ARO. There is a Surge requirement of MWR = 1 x 6(months) = 6 each for base and each option year. Past Performance Information Retrieval Systems (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
