- Statement of Work for CCAF Education Advisor This request is an announcement for information/market research for planning purposes. This synopsis does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid nor does its issuance, in any way, restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center/PZIA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico is conducting market research to determine the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of potential businesses to perform Assistant Education Advisor (CCAF) Services for a potential firm-fixed-price contract with one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. A firm requirement has not been established. Upon review of industry response to this sources sought, the government will determine if a small business set-aside is appropriate if a requirement formulates. CLIN 1: Assistance Education Advisor (CCAF), position with Education & Training Center A Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. Firms responding to this announcement shall include company name, DUNS number, cage code, point of contact, address and business size using NAICS Code 611710, Size Standard $14.0M. Statement of Capabilities (SOCs), limited to 2 pages and shall demonstrate experience and capability in performing duties meeting the specifications listed.
