Description
Relocate and Re-Assemble Triple Wide Trailer. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future detailing requirements for Relocate and Re-Assemble, Triple Wide Trailer for Lower Monumental Lock and Dam, Kahlotus, Washington. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for services of contractor capable of Transporting a Triple Wide Trailer from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Tacoma, Washington to Lower Monumental Lock and Dam, Kahlotus, Washington. Included in the work the contractor will provide supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform relocate the Trailer and then re-assemble the trailer at the destination location. The Triple Wide is separated and resting on blocks. The sections are wrapped and ready for transport. Work will be completed including clean up of site within 45 days of award of contract. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside Status: The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) size standard for this requirement is 25.5 Million. Conducting Business with the Government: In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management Registration (SAM). All Offerors must be SAM registered prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov. By submission of a quote, a vendor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. No CD's or hard copies will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the referenced page for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website.
