- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for VTC/AV Support Service at Fort Eustis, VA. This solicitation is set-aside for certified 8(a) small business concerns. Offers from other than certified 8(a) small business concerns will not be considered. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM). North American Industrial Classification Standard 541513 (size standard = $25.5 million) applies to this procurement. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. See attached solicitation posted on FEDBIZOPPS. All prospective contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. The solicitation number is W911S0-14-T-0003. The point of contact responsible for supplying additional information and answering all inquiries is the Contracting Officer via the Contract Specialist. Address all questions or concerns to Mr. Lance Allen, Contract Specialist, at lance.k.allen.civ@mail.mil no later than 12 Noon, EST on 20 Dec 2013 and quote mark CC quote mark Ms. Jacqueline Alford, Contracting Officer, at Jacqueline.f.alford.civ@mail.mil. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email. Any questions received after this date and time will not be considered. All Request For Quotes (RFQ) should be received no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), 3 Jan 2014. Any quotes received after that time will be quote mark late quote mark and not accepted or considered.
