- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Stanley Chan, Electronic Engineer, 443-395-6368 Stanley.U.Chan@us.army.mil This is a market survey to locate additional sources of supply for NSN 5998-01-581-7212, Circuit Card Assembly, VAA Power Supply. This item is a component of the Amplifier-Adapter, Vehicular (AM-7239E), which is the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) vehicle mounting base. Technical Data Package (TDP) for this item is available from the Government. The complete TDP for this item will be released along with the solicitation. Top drawing and the Part List for this item can be released prior to the release of the solicitation upon request. Interested sources that are capable of furnishing this item must send a response outlining a viable approach and describing their ability of meeting the Government requirements. Response shall be submitting in writing through email to U.S. ARMY CECOM, ATTN: RDER-PRC-TR (Stanley Chan) at Stanley.U.Chan@us.army.mil. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army and that will be delivered on time. Pertinent information received from this market survey will be evaluated by the Government technical personnel for the purpose of planning. The Government will not reimburse interested sources or responders to this notice for any information received and any costs incurred in responding, or for subsequent exchanges of information. Information submitted does not constitute a proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, but will be considered an exchange of capabilities and ideas. Responses to this notice must be submitted no later than close of business December 13, 2013.
