- MODIFICATION: The Request for Quote has not been issued. The Request for Quote issued date, closing date and Conference date will be changed accordingly. Please continue to monitor the FedbizOpps website for the solicitation and amendments, if any. ---------------------------------------------------- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for establishment of various Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Hotel Lodging and Related Services throughout Puerto Rico. Each BPA period of performance is for a Base Period estimated to begin 1 January 2014 through 31 December 2014 plus Two Option Year Periods (12 months each period), if exercised by the Government. This acquisition is restricted to Hotels located in Puerto Rico only. Third party quotes will not be accepted. Procurement is for Certified Vendors under NAICS 721110 with a Size Standard of $30.0 Million. This RFQ will be issued on or about 30 October 2013 under RFQ Number W912C3-14-Q-0001 via the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. The RFQ closing date will be on or about 21 November 2013. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all Vendors to review the FedbizOpps frequently for any updates/amendments. All vendors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and be current to be eligible for contract award. A Pre-bid Conference will be held on or about 12 November 2013 at 9:00 AM, at MICC-Fort Buchanan (Specific Pre-bid Conference information will be incorporated in the solicitation) It is encourage that quote mark All quote mark Hotels interested in being awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement attend the Conference.
