- Description
- The government is soliciting offers to perform space alterations in approximately 600 sf of existing office space. The space is located on the second floor of an 8 story newly constructed US Courthouse. The building is fully occupied. The building is a metric standard property. The work is to include minor selective demolition, architectural, mechanical, and electrical and data associated with standard office space. There will be a base bid and a bid for an option within the 600 sf. Office furniture will be by another contract. Some Government owned materials will be furnished including carpet tile and ceiling tiles. HSPD-12 short term security clearances will be required for all on site personnel. Security clearances will be required prior to giving Notice to Proceed. Selected contractor will be required to commence work on the contract immediately and complete within 90 days from NTP. There is no onsite parking available. Loading dock and freight elevator are available for use. The work will be performed primarily during government occupied hours. Award amount is expected to be <$100,000.00 If you are interested in bidding this project respond by email no later than January 20, 2014, to kathy.routsonjones@gsa.gov with your company name, contact person, address, phone number, fax number, email address, Tax ID and DUNS number. You MUST state the Solicitation number of GS-06P-14-TN-C-0009 Proposal packages will be emailed to interested parties after that date. All proposals submitted must allow 60 days for GSA acceptance. THIS REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AN AWARD. According to FAR 4.11 ALL contractors MUST be registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov), before having their bid evaluated.
