- This is a fixed-price contract for a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) for the AN/ALM-256 Intermediate Level Support Equipment (ILSE). The contractor shall procure/manufacture combined hardware kits. The preponderance of this effort is considered supplies. The AN/ALM-256 provides electronic warfare maintenance shops around the globe the ability to perform intermediate level maintenance on the AN/ALQ-131. Delivery Schedule: 3 Months ARO Contract Award Destination: DN0005 The approximate solicitation issue date will be 18 Dec 2013 with an approximate response date of 17 Jan 2014. The proposed contract action is for repair for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Agilent, Cage Code 1LQK8. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-4. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
