- DTFH68-13-B-00013_This Invitation for bid was originally pre-advertised under DTFH68-14-R-00004, however the correct soliciation number is DTFH68-13-B-00013 per the attached Invitation for Bid. The pre-solicitation number DTFH68-14-R-00004 is incorrect. CA PRA JOTR 11(4) solicitation number is DTFH68-13-B-00014 per the Invitation for Bid package. Fed Biz Opps does not allow changes to the soliciation number. NO OTHER CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. This project is located in the southern part of Joshua Tree National Park near Indio CA. This project includes 10.47 miles of 3R work. Significatn quantities inlcude: Road way Excavation - 9,030 CU YD, Pulverizing 858 STA, Road way Aggregate - 17,530 TONS, Hot Asphalt Converete Pavement. This project range is estimated at $5 - $10 million.
