- This is the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support synopsis for FY 2014 orders to be placed under Basic Ordering Agreement N0010413GA302 for the repair, modification and servicing as appropriate for various items to support weapon systems including UYA-21, BQQ-5/6, Tartar, Sidewinder Missile Systems. Raytheon, Norfolk, VA is the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. The following are top high dollar value items for repair: Sensor Assembly, P/N G708417-3, NIIN 14962599; Radio Frequency Filter, P/N G745465-1, NIIN 14807519; Oscillator, Noncryst, P/N 2545819REVB, NIIN 000679035. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Subject items require Government source approval prior to contract award, as the items are mission critical/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support repair via full and open competition. Only the source previously approved by the government for repair of these items has been solicited. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
