- ***ATTENTION**** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO CCAM-ALL, Darryl Wright, CONTRACTING OFFICER, VIA e-mail: darryl.wright2.civ@mail.mil, or fax number 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. This action has been amended to correct the CAGE Code from 05716 to 96214. NOUN: Wiring Harness, PRON: D14N5002D1, NSN: 6150-01-622-0676, PN: 13480696-2, Quantity: 35 each applicable to the Improved Target Acquisition System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Chambersburg, PA 17201-4153. Required delivery is 35 each, 90 Days After Contract Award. This item is restricted to Raytheon Company, CAGE Code: 92614 because the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under the Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
