- The United States Special Operations Command awarded a research and development contract for the lease of a dry lock-in/lock out (LI/LO) International Ssociation Classification Societies (IACS) classed submersible to be used to conduct research and development of test processes and procedures. This effort includes the operation, maintenace and sustainment of the vessel through the period of performance. The total contract duration is 18 months including one base period and one option, and also includes options for engineering support for various areas of interest to the Government.
