- December 3, 2013: This notificaiton is hereby re-issued with the contractor's full name, WCW Compliance Week. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to WCW Compliance Week for full internet access subscription to Compliance Week for 50 users within the SEC. The SEC requires this subscription for Section 404 compliance data information. The contracting officer has determined that WCW Compliance Week is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years and the total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to WCW Compliance Week on or about December 5, 2013. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
