- Amendment #1 issued to reschedule the site visit, as well as to extend the offer due date. Due to inclement weather, the site visit has been rescheduled for Thursday, 12/12/13, at 10:00AM EST, as such the offer due date has been extended until Wednesday, 12/18/13, at 6:00PM EST. Amendment #1 has been attached to this announcemnt as a PDF. The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Localizer Shelter Replacement Project, Serving Runway 5 at the Groton-New London Airport, located in Groton, CT. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Henry Newcomb at 781-879-9825. The performance period, is sixty (60) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 -Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installtion Contractors, with a size standard of $14.0 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $50,000.00 to $125,000.
