- AG-8508-S-14-0001 is for Snow Removal at the Albany Snowmobile Parking Lot for the Laramie Ranger District Office, Laramie, Wyoming. This Snow Removal project shall include all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that proper snow removal services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and safe site. There will be no pre-proposal meeting. This is a total Small Business set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation will be the week of December 3, 2013. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Malinda Jiminez at mrjiminez@fs.fed.us or via facsimile to 970-295-6699. All Offerors shall be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
