- NSN: 1650-01-263-1603 Nomenclature: Accumulator, Hydraulic Quantity: 10 Inspection & Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination Configuration Control Applies OEM: SENIOR OPERATIONS LLC (07649) P/N 82355-1500 The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about 29 January 2013. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Small Business Subcontracting Plan is not required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS on or about 17 December, 2013 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. This solicitation and any changes will be available via DIBBS on the issue date cited in the RFP. All documentation pertaining to the floor plate components will be posted on the FTP site once the solicitation is posted. Instructions will be included in the solicitation on how to process the FTP site. All proposals must be submitted to the Bid Custodian via email: dscr.biddesk@dla.mil or fax 804-279-4165 to be considered for an award. Do not submit proposals directly to contracting officer or contracting specialist.
